Welcome to Canvas Melody (the "App"), developed by Shenzhen Ranyi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). We understand the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy helps you understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your data.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Information

To provide the core features of the App (AI Image-to-Music generation, Live Feed interaction, etc.), we collect and use the following information:

1.1 Account and Device Information

• Guest Identifier (VID): If you do not log in, we collect your device's Identifier for Vendor as an anonymous credential to associate your virtual assets (Notes/Credits) and history.
• Sign in with Apple: When you use "Sign in with Apple," we collect the unique user identifier provided by Apple, your full name, and your email address (if authorized). This is used to create a cloud account, merge guest data, and sync across devices.
• Purpose: To create accounts, maintain "Notes" balances, and manage your generation history and community interactions (nickname, comments).

1.2 Images and Generated Music Data

• Information: Images you actively upload, AI-generated prompts/lyrics based on the image, generated audio files (MP3), durations, and titles.
• Purpose: To provide the core "Image-to-Music" service; save your creations to your cloud history; and display your work to other users if you actively choose to "Publish to Live".

1.3 Social Interaction Data

• Information: Your likes, comment content, and timestamps within the "Live" square.
• Purpose: To build an interactive community environment and display track popularity.

1.4 Transaction and In-App Purchase Information

• Information: In-App Purchase (IAP) receipt data.
• Purpose: To verify the validity of the order with Apple's servers, issue the corresponding virtual currency (Notes), and record transaction history for your reference.

2. How We Share and Entrust Your Information

Our core AI capabilities rely on advanced third-party models and cloud services. We share necessary information with the following partners strictly to fulfill service purposes:

• Cloud Service Provider: Tencent Cloud [Data Processing: Mainland China]
  • Shared Info: Images, audio files, user data, comments, and transaction logs.
  • Purpose: Infrastructure support including COS (Object Storage), MySQL databases, and Redis caching.
• AI Inspiration Provider: OpenRouter [Data Processing: Outside Mainland China]
  • Shared Info: The URL of your uploaded image and associated text prompts.
  • Purpose: To utilize advanced Vision-Language Models (e.g., Grok) to analyze the image's mood and generate professional song parameters and lyrics.
• AI Music Provider: Suno API [Data Processing: Outside Mainland China]
  • Shared Info: Lyrics, style, title, and other text parameters generated in the previous step (excluding the original image and personal identity info).
  • Purpose: To synthesize audio files based on the parameters.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Cross-Border Transfer

3.1 Storage Location and Security

Your primary data (including user databases, wallets, history records, uploaded images, and generated music files) is persistently stored on Tencent Cloud servers located in Mainland China. We use encryption technologies such as SSL/TLS to ensure transmission security and employ backend mechanisms to prevent credit abuse.

3.2 Cross-Border Data Transfer Declaration

Special Notice: To achieve the ultimate "Image-to-Music" experience, the AI processing workflows (OpenRouter image analysis and Suno audio generation) must call server APIs located outside Mainland China. This means:

• The image you upload (via URL) and the generated lyric prompts will be momentarily transferred to overseas AI providers for computation.
• We use technical measures to strip personal identifiers from these requests. The AI providers only access the data during task processing and are bound by privacy agreements not to retain your data or use it for model training.

If you do not agree with this cross-border transfer mechanism, please do not use the "Create" feature.

4. Your Rights

1. Modify Profile: You can change your display nickname on the "Profile" page.
2. Manage and Delete Records: You can permanently delete your creations from your "History" at any time. The corresponding cloud files and associated likes/comments will be destroyed.
3. Delete Account: You can tap "Delete Account" on the "Profile" page. This immediately clears your credit balance, unbinds your Apple ID, removes device identifiers, and destroys personal info. Any work you published to the Live square will be anonymized.
4. Clear Cache: You can clear locally cached images and audio files via the App's built-in feature.
